💎 Veltreo International – Return & Refund Policy

At Veltreo International, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience.
Please read our return and refund terms carefully before making a purchase.


🕒 1. Return & Refund Duration

  • Customers can request a return or refund within 1 days (24 hours) of receiving the product. Product is eligible for return or exchange only if the (price loop tags) lock is intact. Once the tag lock is removed or opened, the product will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • After 2 days of delivery, no return, refund, or exchange will be accepted under any circumstances.


📦 2. Conditions for Return / Exchange

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The seal, packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.

  • Products with a broken seal or visible signs of use will not be accepted for return or refund.

  • The item must be returned with all accessories, manuals, and invoices (if applicable).


🚫 3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer.

  • Items with broken seals, missing parts, or tampered packaging.

  • Customised, hygiene-based, or promotional products.

  • Items purchased during special sales, offers, or clearance events.


💰 4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable.


🚚 5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping.

  • In case of a wrong or damaged product received, Veltreo International will bear the shipping cost.

  • For all other reasons (e.g., dislike, change of mind), return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.


⚠️ 6. Important Notes

  • Please ensure to record an unboxing video when you receive your order. This may be required in case of a return claim.

  • No refund or exchange will be processed for products showing signs of use, wear, or tampering.

  • Our support team reserves the right to reject a return if the product fails to meet policy conditions.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
